Chris and Emma’s Lower Barns Wedding
Last month I had the pleasure of photographing Chris and Emma’s intimate, pretty wedding at Lower Barns near St Austell.
As the sun appeared just in time for the planned outdoor ceremony, Emma was dressed and ready in one of the venue’s barn dwellings, ‘Cranny’.
Emma’s daughter was her bridesmaid and she wore a pretty lemon, long chiffon dress to match the yellow in the wedding flowers.
Emma herself looked stunning in a full length, fitted lace dress. Her hair in an up do which was set by Sarah at the Capella Hair Salon.
Her make-up artist was Balanceofbeautee.
Chris looked smart in a navy two piece suit, accompanied with a white shirt and a white and lemon floral tie.
Emma’s bouquet was a posy of white roses and daisies.
Her bridesmaid held a posy of daisies and her flower girl, a posy of Gyposphelia.
Emma walked down the ‘aisle’ with her children and her eldest son ‘gave her away’.
Their other son acted as ‘Best Man’.
The outdoor ceremony took place at the Wed Shed with the bride and groom being brought inside for the legal part (the exchange of vows).
After the wedding ceremony Emma, Chris and their guests enjoyed drinks in the sunshine underneath the pergola before moving inside for canapes.
Chris and Emma’s couple time shoot took place within the grounds of Lower Barns.
Here’s some of my favourite images from their day…
