Best of Wedding Photography Cornwall 2017
Wow, here we are again… Another year gone in a flash and I find myself compiling a ‘Best of’ post to publish in time for Christmas. Literally thousands of images from various wedding venues in Cornwall to view and many wonderful moments to relive.
This year has been my third full year as a wedding photographer in Cornwall, and I’m always thankful, not only the couples who put their trust in me to capture their wedding day, but to my family, who continue to support me in my chosen career. I literally love my job and feel very privileged to be able to do this for a living; the very welcoming and lovely people that I get to meet along the way and also the fantastic locations in Cornwall that I get to visit and shoot at.
This year I discovered that being a wedding photographer is actually quite a dangerous job… Various incidents where I have been nearly been ‘taken out’ include: Flower girls on a bouncy castle, wedding guests taking part in a sack race, a very enthusiastic Old English Sheepdog and being ‘in the thick of it’ on the dance floor during a live Boogie Woogie gig… Still, I wouldn’t change it for the world (and I tend to get some pretty cool shots too!).
I’m pleased to say that this year I have had a lot of my wedding photography featured in not only local, but some national wedding blogs, including Bride magazine. This exposure has resulted in me getting booked up quickly for 2018, so if you are still looking for a wedding photographer to photograph your wedding in Cornwall next year, please get in touch as soon as possible to check availability.
So without further ado, here’s 50 of my favourite images captured from this year. I hope you enjoy looking through them as much as I enjoyed taking them!
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Here’s to 2018! X
