An Open Tent Wedding in Cornwall
Last month I had the pleasure of photographing Rabia and Hayden’s outdoor wedding at Kilminorth Cottages.
Rabia and her bridesmaids got ready in one of the cottages on the morning of the wedding.
Rabia looked beautiful in a full length, lace embroidered, sweet heart neck line, Enzoani dress with beaded detailing.
She wore metallic gold, glitter strappy sandals by Jimmy Choo and finished the look with a long veil and flowers in her hair.
Her bridesmaids all wore matching pale pink, full length, multi-tie chiffon dresses with strappy sandals.
Hayden looked smart in a navy three piece suit, accompanied with a white shirt, a pale pink tie (to match the bridesmaid’s dresses) and brown shoes.
The couple’s wedding flowers were put together by Looe florist Floral Dreams.
They consisted of Roses, Protea and Eucalyptus, to name but a few.
Once Rabia’s father had walked her down the aisle, he tied a red ribbon around her waist, which is a Turkish wedding tradition and symbolises maidenhood.
Rabia and Hayden then took their personal vows in the venue’s outdoor wooden arbour.
The arbour was beautifully decorated with ferns and stocks.
After the wedding ceremony Hayden, Rabia and their guests enjoyed drinks and canapes on lawn.
They were later seated for a wedding feast within an open sided tent.
The catering was supplied by wedding and event caterers Radius 7.
Here’s some of my favourite images from their day…
